However, colours may appear slightly different depending on the customer's screen, lighting conditions and photography.

Minor variations in prints, embroidery, fabric texture or colour may occur and shall not necessarily be considered a defect.

The applicable price at the time of placing the order shall be the price payable by the customer.

Orders are subject to product availability, payment confirmation and successful verification.

Fashion Sakhi reserves the right to cancel an order in circumstances including product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity or other legitimate reasons.

If an order is cancelled by Fashion Sakhi after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be handled in accordance with applicable law and our refund/payment policy.

Orders will be shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the delivery location, courier service, weather, public holidays, operational delays or circumstances beyond our control.

Fashion Sakhi follows an exchange-only policy for eligible products.

Eligible products must be returned in their original, unused and unworn condition, with original tags and labels attached.
