Refund policy

1. Exchange Only – No Refund

Fashion Sakhi does not provide refunds or cash refunds for returned products.

We offer exchange only, subject to the conditions mentioned below.

2. Eligibility for Exchange

A product will be eligible for exchange only if:

  • The product is returned in its original and unused condition.
  • The product has not been worn, washed, altered, ironed or damaged.
  • All original tags, labels and packaging must be intact and attached to the product.
  • The product should be free from any stains, perfume, makeup marks or other signs of use.
  • The product must be returned within [7 days] of delivery.
  • The product should be securely packed to avoid damage during return shipping.

3. Size Exchange

If you have ordered the wrong size, you can request an exchange, subject to availability.

If the same style/design is not available in the required size, you may select another available style/product of your choice.

  • If the replacement product is of higher value, the difference amount will be payable by the customer.
  • If the replacement product is of lower value, the difference amount may be adjusted against another purchase/order from Fashion Sakhi.
  • No cash refund will be provided for the difference amount.

4. Wrong or Damaged Product

If you receive a wrong or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs/videos of the product and packaging.

After verification, Fashion Sakhi may provide an appropriate replacement.

5. Products Not Eligible for Exchange

Exchange will not be accepted if:

  • Tags or labels have been removed or damaged.
  • The product has been worn, washed, altered or used.
  • The product has stains, makeup marks, perfume smell or other signs of use.
  • The product is damaged after delivery due to customer handling.
  • The exchange request is made after the permitted exchange period.
  • The product is returned without its original packaging/tags.

6. Exchange Process

To request an exchange, please contact Fashion Sakhi through [WhatsApp/Email] with your order number and reason for exchange.

Once the returned product is received, it will be inspected. Exchange will be processed only after the product passes our quality check.

7. Important Note

All exchange decisions are subject to product availability and quality inspection. Fashion Sakhi reserves the right to reject an exchange request if the product does not meet the above conditions.
